For the inaugural installation of her work at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Yael Bartana’s film trilogy, And Europe Will Be Stunned, was presented as an exhibition with an accompanying performance of a new work, Bury Our Weapons, Not Our Bodies!
We designed a pair of brochures that suited two separate occasions but provided the same information. One poster evokes the urgency of propaganda and the other is somber for a funeral, reflecting the mood of their respective events.
